Finally! I’m ready to reveal what began way back… HERE, almost one year ago!! Oh my! It’s been a journey! I am sooooo thankful to be on this side of it and have my list of “Never-agains” tucked away in my back pocket!
The GameRoom
I’m starting with the room that makes my heart go pitter-patter! I seriously get happier every time I walk in this room!
I bought the red couch about a year and a half ago, and I really wanted to find a way to incorporate it into the new house. So, I went with the obvious, Hot pink (Benjamin Moore Crushed Berries 2076-30)! Hahahahaha! JK! But I do love the outcome!
These lamps were a total SCORE! Target! Can you believe!?!
This oversized ottoman has been in the family for about 6 years, but used to be brown leather. Now it’s… You guessed it! PINK!
These chalkboards are so fun! I had them custom-made from HERE. You choose your frame, cork, or chalkboard, and size.
These Bergiere chairs have also been in the family for about 6 years, but were covered in a much more subdued upholstery prior to this point. They bring so much more joy this way! Don’t you think?
The drapery is silk and blackout for movie viewing pleasure! And that lamp… Yes. Another score! Home Goods! And the side table…TARGET! To off set the cost of ALL the fabric! See, it’s a win-win!
These glass cabinets used to be black and they were fabulous then as well, but doesn’t shiny pink (Benjamin Moore Crushed Berries 2076-30) make everything more fabulous!?!
The mirrored sideboard is an antique and a BEAR to get up the stairs! Totally worth it! Don’t you think?
My friend, Kaycee Smith made these canvases and painted our old globe. She’s AMAZING and I LOVE all three pieces so much!
This stained table is a new addition for this house. I spotted the tulip chairs at Round Top, Texas last fall. I just had them refurbished and they’re as awesome as they ever were!
I am so thankful for the amazingly talented Tim and Kristen Douglas at Fidelis Studios and Bethany Douglas at Cloistered Away! AND my very own Emma Tamplin at Emma J Photo! Bryan-College Station (and I) are beyond blessed to have them! I’m still in shock that God put such talent right in front of me and even from my womb!
I hope you enjoyed the first reveal of this project! I’d love to hear your thoughts on it!
Happy Thursday!

Right now I am chronicling the journey of the Jenny Mike house, and I would love for you to be a part of it!
