How do you feel about journaling?
Journaling has always been a part of my adult life. Writing my thoughts down tends to make them clearer for me. I also love being able to go back and review. It gives me a better perspective as far as the big picture and offers clarity concerning my prayers.
Over the years, I’ve gone about journaling all kinds of different ways! Over the past couple of years, my type A brain created a model for journaling that I’ve found most helpful for all seasons of life. Meaning, the highs and the lows! Watch this quick video for a better understanding of my “G-TIPS” journaling model.
