Rosemary Beach is on the shore of the panhandle of Florida and it is fabulous! If you’ve never been you should check out this company and begin your trip planning!
This quaint little town is located on the notorious highway 30A, with shops, restaurants, houses, apartments and bike trails lining both sides of the street. Just a short 30 minute ride from the Panama City Beach Airport, it’s so easy to get to!
The house we rented was the Butterfly Cottage and it was AMAZING! The main living space is an open floor plan lined with windows. Each of us had a roommate and each bedroom had its own full bath that was super nice!
We spent many an hour in this living space laughing our heads off and sharing stories of mothering and marriage into the wee hours of the night!
The backyard to this house was a living space on its own accord.
The pool was heated and the perfect size for lounging in the sun and…
Maybe a dance lesson or two. Let’s just say, we’re all well versed in the whip and nae-nae.
Check out these beauties! And the one afternoon of sun that we were blessed with!
One of the sidewalk cafes right off the beach!
And the clouds rolled in… and stayed… But look at that white sand!
The restaurants on 30A are all ridiculously yummy! Our house came equipped with 4 bikes, but there are bike rentals all up and down 30A as well.
BUT the rains they came… And they did not stop for the majority of our trip. So…
Angie and all of her glory

But seriously, what do you do when it rains on your beach trip? You take limo rides to the movies, you go shopping and you eat amazing food! Isn’t that necklace tree so cute? And yes, you read that right! We took a limo to the movies! What!?! It was raining! What’s a girl to do!?!
These wonderfully fun ladies were so much fun (most I can’t tell you about. Hahahaha). Let’s just say quotes were made on this trip that will live on into infinity. Several times I heard someone say, “My cheeks hurt from laughing!” Is there any better physical pain than that, that is brought on by joy?
In the spirit of the “Year of The Party” this trip was such a blessing! I do crave time with my friends and loved ones so much! I’m one of those people who NEVER gets tired of being around my people and the people don’t get better than these fun friends! I’m so thankful for this week and getting to know each of them even better. When it was time to leave, I just kept thinking “The rain didn’t ruin anything for me!” In fact I’m ready to go again! Anyone?
Here’s to my sweet friends, Karen Fisher, Jackie Bullard, Angie England, Angelique Toler, Dara Nugent, and Lynsey Dorsett. Cheers to my girls! You girls will NEVER be “Dead to me”. BBHMM! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Happy Family and Friends Friday!
